Michael Hunter

Michael’s photography is the embodiment of a lifetime spent honing his creative instincts. With an eye for detail and special attention to lighting, design is brought to life through his captivating photos. His intrinsic ability to meld the art with the science of photography began at an early age by observing his mother, a leading interior designer, by learning how tangible designs can be thoughtfully captured in photographs. He began formal training at the University of Texas in Austin and quickly recognized to best develop his craft, all paths led to New York City where he spent more than ten years working with eminent masters of photography. He trained under Oberto Gili and traveled the world shooting for Vogue and House & Garden, among others. Michael has high energy efficiency, positivity, and an unassuming approachability that combine to bring the best of photography to light.
